Midwest Builders’ Casualty sets the standard by which workers’ compensation policy
service is measured. Our goal is to
provide our policyholders with the best service in the industry regardless of the

To help accomplish this we utilize an experienced policy service staff and technology
to provide our policyholders with the information they need to successfully manage
their workers’ compensation policy.
The majority of information that a policyholder needs can be easily accessed via
our secure member portal. However,
for policy service requests that may be out of the ordinary we pride ourselves on
providing a response within one business day.
Additional services for our policyholders include experience modification rating
worksheet audits to verify claims and premium data, experience modification projections, and on-going
policy and premium reviews to ensure the accuracy of premium reporting and billing.
