To help accomplish this goal either our experienced policy service staff or our website is available to provide the needed data to successfully manage a workers’ compensation policy. The majority of policy information can be easily accessed via our secure agent portal. However, for policy service requests that may require help from a company representative we pride ourselves on providing a response within one business day.

Agencies have access to all of their accounts via our agent portal and are able to review loss history reports, claim detail reports, experience modification worksheets, policy data including endorsements, and both estimated and audited premium amounts.
